This is not a fix as such just a work around to customizing the main page, if you do not intend on altering the main page too often this will suit you just fine. You will also need access to your SQL database on your server.

Im not very good with tutorials so these instruction assume you have some understanding with using an SQL database already.

1. Load the supplied main.html file (in the docs directory) into your favourite HTML editor, i used NVU but it can be Dreamweaver or whatever you like to use.

2. Edit the main.html file to however you want it, change the text and images and links etc then save the file.

3. Copy the HTML source code from the file leaving out the <HTML> <HEAD> </HEAD> <BODY> lines.

4. Goto your SQL database (mine is phpMyAdmin) and goto the nuke_simplecart section. Click on the Browse Tab at the top of the page. You should have a page which shows some data under the 5 headings called MAIN - REFERRALS - POLICIES - TERMS - COUNTRY.

5. Click on the pencil icon to the left of these headings, this icon is the change button, once clicked you should be taken to a more detailed page with the same five headings as above. Look for the one called MAIN. Under the VALUE section delete all the data for MAIN and replace it for the data you copied from NVU or Dreamweaver etc earlier.

6. Make sure the page is set to SAVE then click the GO button, refresh your browser and check to see everything looks ok on your website, your finished Smile

Thanks! And just an FYI, when I input from the browser, I use Firefox. You are not you say? Click the button to the left that says "Get Firefox" (new version 1.5 out as of date of this post)...
